Privacy Policy

Nexura EnerTech LLP (LLPIN ADC-6595, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, company, phone number, and an optional indicative monthly electricity bill range, submitted through the free bill-analysis form.
- Documents you choose to send us — for example an electricity bill, if you send one so we can analyse it.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the site and keep it secure.
- Website usage, only if you agree — if you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner, we load two analytics tools. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise your browser on return visits, and records the pages you view, your approximate location (city or region), your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google’s advertising features are switched off. Choose “Essential only” and neither script is ever loaded.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your free bill analysis and to arrange it.
- To prepare the analysis itself, where you have sent us a bill.
- To improve the website.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Electricity bills
An electricity bill is a sensitive document — in India it also serves as proof of address. Where you send us one, it is stored privately with restricted access, used solely to produce your analysis, and deleted on request.
How long we keep it
Contact details are retained while you are an active prospect or customer, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Bills and analyses are deleted on request at any time.
Who else sees it
Only the two founders of Nexura EnerTech, and the service providers we rely on to run the site. Today those are:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Resend — delivers the notification email when you submit the form, so we know to contact you.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics. Google may process this data on servers outside India.
Each processes your data only to provide that service. We do not transfer your data outside these purposes, and this list is updated whenever a provider is added.
Automated processing and AI
Your bill analysis is produced by us, using our own calculation against the published tariff order — not by an automated decision-making system, and not by a general-purpose AI service. We do not use your bills, your data or your documents to train any AI model, and we do not send them to a third-party AI provider. If that ever changes, we will say so here first and ask for your consent.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.
